A bridal trial is something I highly recommend but is not compulsory.  It not only gives us a chance to meet and the opportunity for you to decide if you would like to work with me, but also allows for you to wear the makeup for a day, this helps us to see if the makeup will last, if the colours are correct and fit with your overall look and allows for you to make any adjustments to the final look after a day of wear. 
During the trial we will discuss the following:
Wedding day timeline, current makeup style and products used, dream wedding look.  We will also discuss the looks for bridesmaids, flower girls and mother's (if applicable).  
We will then go through the makeup.  During the application you will be offered a mirror to hold.  I do not believe in 'surprise' makeup, it is important for you to see each step of the application.  I do this for two reasons, first, so that you are able to replicate the look yourself for another occasion (free makeup lesson!), and second, you are then able to give feedback easily and with confidence.  
Please allow for at least an hour and a half for the bridal trial. 

You have already had your bridal trial and therefore know what to expect.  This makes for a very relaxed morning full of pampering.

If you have chosen to forego the bridal trial, we will need to spend a bit more time on the wedding day discussing the look you are after and what products will suit best.  We will need to allow for a little extra time in the morning for this.

The look for the bridesmaids will be discussed at the bridal trial if you choose to have one.  You can choose if you would like all the bridesmaids to be uniform with their look or if they have different styles.  

Please note, the pricing for the flower girl/s is very dependent on their age and only applicable if they are wearing a full face of makeup or not.  Young girls may just wish for a little wash of shimmer on the cheek and a dab of gloss, older girls may want a little extra.  We will discuss this at the trial.

I know that mother's can be particular about their makeup.  If they come along to the bridal trial, I am more than willing to discuss their look with them prior to the wedding day to ensure they are happy.  Otherwise, a lot of mother's like to bring along their own makeup to show what they usually use and I can use that as a guide.  I'm sure that together we will find the right makeup look to suit them for such an important occasion.
